This online Module is about how to define your contributions to the organization you work for, and ensuring that others recognize them.

The better you are able to articulate your value to your organization, the higher the chance that the organization will value you.

About your instructor

An award-winning in-house counsel with two decades of experience, your instructor Mia Watanabe has held leadership positions in private, public, start up and mature stage financial services and technology companies.

A graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School, Mia has worked in New York, Tokyo, Singapore and Australia, and has given university lectures to law students on the legal profession.

How to navigate this Module

• You have one year to go through this Module at your own pace
• The videos have text and captions for you to watch or listen to as many times as you would like during the year
• Once you have provided written input for a Lesson, you can move on by pressing “complete and continue”
• Your written inputs will be saved and accessible for the duration of the period
  
• Your certificate will be emailed to you upon completion of this Module
